Upload not working

When clicking Select Files-button nothing happens. The same thing with the browser upload link too.

Discovered that there was a javascript error in the file wp-includes/js/plupload/plupload.js where there were a few } and ) missing. That made the error dissapear but new ones appeared instead:

ReferenceError: plupload is not defined

I have tried different browsers/platforms as well. Anyone have a solution or an idea how to fix this?
