When I click on the “Upload Logo” (or “Upload Retina Logo”) button, it doesn’t work. How can I solve it?
    Thanks

    Hi,
Can you please open the browser console and see if there are any errors there?

    Of course, thanks!

The first error, related to “postboxes”, I’m 99% sure that’s not related to our plugin. So you’ll have to track down the plugin causing it.

The second error is related to the Maintenance plugin. I assume some core WP JS files related to the upload are not loaded on the page. We definitely have that code in (otherwise it wouldn’t work for anybody) so my guess would be that some other plugin removed the JS files from the enqueue list.

I assume that image uploads work normally when you edit a plugin/post?

Can you please post the list of active plugins. Maybe I can spot something …

That’s a lot of plugins 🙂 I’ll try to go through them but it’s not a 5min job 🙂 Till then I can suggest https://wordpress.org/plugins/minimal-coming-soon-maintenance-mode/ so you can put your maintenance page up.

    I’m in no hurry. 🙂 Thanks! 😉
