# Upload issue

 * Hello! I am having issue with a custom field upload on my form. When we upload
   the image on the form, it give the checkmark confirmation, but once the form 
   is submitted it says that the file isnt there and that it required. I want it
   to be required but the image was already uploaded. It seems to strip the image
   on submit and claim one was never uploaded. How can we solve this? Thanks!

 * Hello Jawad! Just checking in on this item. The pro version’s support will not
   allow me to upload any images and I just want to make sure you’ve been receiving
   my responses. Thanks!
