I upgraded to 2.0.40 and now when I try to upload a 152KB image it fails. The progress bar looks like it is uploading but at the end I get the pop-up saying 0 images uploaded and a yellow triangle (which I try to read but it disappears to quickly.

I've been reading through the forums and others have the same symptom and I tried the following suggested fixes.

    - Disabling other plugins
    - adding "www" to the beginning of the site URLs in WP Settings

I am running WordPress 3.8 hosted by Godaddy. Not sure what the next steps are. Any other possible fixes for this? Any additional debug hints?
