# upload header image issue

 * Hi,
 * I am using theme Twenty Eleven 1.3 and am having issues with the header. I am
   trying to change the header to a new one. I upload a png file that is the exact
   same size as the current one (1000×288). Once uploaded it shows up in the crop
   and publish editor and I cannot seem to be able to save the whole image. It forces
   the crop halfway in the image resulting in having only half the image in the 
   header. What am I doing wrong?

 * Why are you using an old copy of WordPress? Were you aware that your site is 
   currently running a very real risk of being hacked? You need to upgrade WordPress
   asap.

 * Thanks for that. I downloaded and upgraded to the latest version. I still have
   the issue of uploading and changing the header however. Site url is wlusa.ca

 * That doesn’t look liker the original Twenty Eleven theme to me. Re-upload a fresh,
   unpacked, copy of the Twenty Eleven folder to wp-content/themes using [FTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients)
   or whatever file management application your host provides.
