 * I need some help to code an option on my page for individual to upload their 
   CV or resume for job applications.

 * Thank you for the prompt response. I have managed to get it partially working,
   with the file type code in your example and coming through as a attachment on
   email.
 * When I just use the below I can upload, but there is no attachment in the email.
 *     ```wp-block-code
       <input type="file">
       ```
   
 * What do I have to do to get the the email attachment show, our can you amend 
   the file type example to have no restrictions on type or limit

 * and then [your file] in the attachments?
