There are no problems, if it’s below 2MB (which is why I installed ‘Upload Larger Plugins’). The 1.6 update added a prior warning if the system’s temporary directory was not writeable (the plugin works via receiving chunks, one at a time, from the browser and writing them to a temporary location, then stitching them all together at the end). Does anything get logged in your webserver’s PHP logs? I was hoping you might be able to give me FTP access so that I can investigate the problem. Usually you only see that error if the hosting is set up with bad file permissions. * You could install the free version of UpdraftPlus. The backups it takes are identical, except you won’t get a backup of any additional files that the owner has manually added into the root directory of the website.
