Hi, I purchased the pro version (2.2.6) and I have a couple of questions:
1-I’m trying to activate the dynamic upload directory based on the ORDER_ID (following your video tutorial) but when I try to insert the correct string (the one that ends with “uploads / wc-orders / ORDER_ID”) I get a “Download” button “which calls Amazon parameters. What does it mean? Is it no longer possible to do as described in the video tutorial?
2-I would like, if possible, to send an email with the order and the relative uploaded files, to a mailbox; if in the Optional Tab active “Send Attachments in Email” then I don’t find any parameter where to configure the destination … maybe I didn’t understand how it works. Is there a web page where the meaning of the various options available is explained?
The plugin is formidable but I have to solve these problems.

A small request perhaps for a future update: my need would be to make the uploading of as many files as the quantity selected in the article mandatory (for example: article 1, quantity 12, files to be attached mandatory = 12)

@acuasif thank you for reporting these confusions. I will try to explain in the same sequence as you asked.

    1) When you enter any path, you need to hit the save changes button but download link was creating confusion. I am releasing a new version with this fix, so when you will modify the path, confusing links and sections will be temporarily removed. And you will see the save changes button only. I hope this will make it easier.

    2) If you are expecting files as attachments in email, so this feature is not yet available because uploaded files aren’t always of small sizes. Alternatively, we are providing protected attachment links in order emails.

Did you see an option there? Secure File Links (Off/On)
It can work with this option: Send Attachments in Email

But now i am thinking that we can go for this feature as an archived version of attachments. So it will consume less space, and recipient email clients will not be bothered with unexpected file extensions. I will check the possibility and will work on it soon.

    3) About your request for future release, are you talking about a different number of files allowed and set mandatory for different products? If yes, i am adding to to my features request list.

    Thanks,
    Fahad

Thank you for being so helpful and quick to respond.
    Thanks for your clarifications.
Regarding point 3 I mean that if a customer selects only one product but with a number of quantities that he chooses, I would like to force him to insert as many files as the quantities he has selected.
Example of my specific case: the customer chooses a template to make a print with some photos inside. Selecting a munero, for example 6, means that he wants the print to consist of 6 photographs. The system should then force it to supply 6 files, preventing it from completing the order if this has not been done.
Unfortunately it is not easy to explain, I hope I have succeeded.
