Sorry to keep bugging you! I saw your note in 1.2.3

“Added: Grid View: Assign uploads to Category if filtering by Category”

but that still isn’t working for me.

If I’m browsing a category in grid view, at a URL such as:
/wp-admin/upload.php?mode=grid&mlo-category=animals

and I upload a new file, the file is not put into “animals”; I have to go back to Unassigned to find it.

Or am I misunderstanding how this is supposed to work?

Thanks for your reply, and I apologize for not doing this additional debugging step in advance.

It wasn’t originally working for me because media-min.js is enqueued without the plugin’s version number, so WordPress defaults to the wordpress version number.

After updating the plugin, my browser was using 1.2.2’s javascript file from its cache. Once clearing the cache, the new javascript file is used and the new functionality is available.

It looks like you pass the plugin’s version number to most of the calls to wp_enqueue_script, but it’s missing from media-min.js

Thank you for adding this functionality! I think it really improves the user experience and aligns with user expectations.
