 * I can’t upload the file, I get this message, when I try to add it.
 * “GeoIP.dat” has failed to upload due to an error
    Sorry, this file type is not
   permitted for security reasons.
 * Any way around this?

 * I’m using the `Upload New Media` section.
    Should I be uploading it a different
   way?

 * Hi,
 * You need to upload it via FTP. Or perhaps your hosting provider has a file manager
   in their control panel. This may vary from hosting company to hosting company.
 * Your hosting provider probably has a help page on FTP or the file manager,
