• I try to upload new images via admin panle and always I get a message ‘0 images uploaded’

Impact for me is major. I can’t add any new images on my site.

I’ve tried turning off all other plugins, temporarily switching to a default WordPress Twenty series theme and only having NextGEN Gallery active before testing, clearing my browsers cache.
Also I’ve changed a setting in permalinks buy it is not work for me.

    WordPress 3.9 (upgraded from 3.8)
    NextGEN 2.0.65 (upgraded from 1.9.3)

    P.S.
I created bug report, provided full access to my wordpress instance and files via ftp to photocrati team. Cais recommended me create separated topic here.

Thanks again for any help resolving this issue!

  • I have the same version of WP and Nextgen gallery.
I found that this problem is related to the server (php.ini) configuration.
With my provider in Italy (Aruba, but it may apply to other providers too), I found this trick that solves the HTTP error issue: from the Linux hosting panel, in the php.ini file customization I selected the “Joomla” profile instead of the “WordPress” one.
I don’t know if this change can impact on other sides; in my case everything works perfectly so I keep the “joomla” profile although the website is made with wordpress.

    Hope it helps.

@digilamer – Thanks for this idea, we have seen some issues with Aruba.it services but most of those have been related to Permalinks.

@stal1n – Thanks for starting your own topic, it was not necessary after submitting a Bug Report as it is easiest to continue that conversation there rather than have it split between these two places.

I have exactly the same problem as stal1n with the same versions of WP and NextGEN. A fix would be really nice! 😉

@schoysi – The error message is much too generic to be used as a gauge of similarity in issues … I would suggest your own topic with your site details and any relevant information or feel free to submit a Bug Report (http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/) with those details.

    Thanks!

    – Cais.
