    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Since you are using a premium version of Profile Builder please submit a support ticket because we are not allowed to offer support for paid plugins on these free forums.

    I suspect that this issue might be caused by a plugin conflict.

    Can you try to briefly disable all of your plugins except Profile Builder and then check to see if this issue is still happening ? If not, activate them one by one and check to see when the issue is happening again.
