# Upload and parse error

 * I used wp all export to export the stuff it created a zip file and it worked 
   in your sandbox.The server is local so I can’t share it When I upload a zip.It
   says :
 *     ```
       File upload rejected by server
       Contact your host and have them check your server's error log.
       ```
   
 * If I goto manage imports menu,Start a new import… it goes back to the same upload
   page do the same thing and upload the same file.
 *     ```
       There's a problem with your import file
       Please verify that the file you uploading is a valid ZIP file.
       ```
   
 * It gives this error instead.The wp-content/debug.log doesn’t get appended at 
   all when these errors happen have no idea how to fix it?

 * Unfortunately, it would be difficult to advise on this without error log entries
   or access to an environment where it’s happening.
 * Please try logging the error while using this plugin: [https://github.com/mbissett/error-revealer](https://github.com/mbissett/error-revealer).
   Make sure to follow the instructions closely and revert all changes once you’re
   done.
 * Let me know what you find.

 * Hi [@wpallimport](https://wordpress.org/support/users/wpallimport/) thanks for
   the reply I checked the network monitor there and it says clearly that the csv
   format is invalid.that’s the response.I’m using mamp pro and therefore literally
   no problem with other plugins I also used your exporter pretty easily and it 
   worked.I’ve been trying 5 hours testing different versions of your Plugin installed
   the plugins to disable mime check and other things nothing helped though.

 * Since it returns the response in network monitor I see it with 200 code and it
   says
 * There’s a problem with your import file
    Please verify that the file you uploading
   is a valid ZIP file.
 * Or for the csv.The same 200 status and stuff,and the debug file is empty which
   makes sense cause of 200 code.
 * I still haven’t tried your suggested Plugin.But should I? Considering these stuff
   I mentioned?

 * Please go to _All Import -> Settings_ and enable the “Enable Stream Reader” option:
   [https://d.pr/i/8XyAX](https://d.pr/i/8XyAX), then try uploading your file again.
 * If that doesn’t help, try the error-revealer plugin I mentioned to see if you
   can log anything more helpful than “format is invalid”.
 * If error-revealer doesn’t help, we’ll really need you to open a support request
   at [http://www.wpallimport.com/support/](http://www.wpallimport.com/support/)
   with a copy of the file so we can try to replicate it in our test environments(
   include a link to this thread for reference).
