Upload 1 file turns out to be 5 files uploaded?

Hello Support:

When I use file upload in Elementor, drag a file from desktop to drop to upload, I am getting 5 files uploaded. The main uploaded file PLUS 4 others?
133.png, 133-1.png, 133-1-768×536.png, 133-1-300×210.png and 133-1-150×150.png?

I am clueless as to why this is happening? Maybe Desktop, Tablet and Phone, BUT that would only be 3 total? Any help sure would be appreciated.
