this has just happened to me too – did you log into your site via FTP and delete the ‘FPW Post Thumbnails’ folder to fix it?
very frustrating – I don’t event think I am using the plugin!

Standalone version of FPW Post Thumbnails is not supported anymore. Use FPW Category Thumbnails instead.

I have installed the FPW Category Thumbnails, used
“Nie nadpisuj, jeśli wpis / strona ma już przydzieloną ikonę: (the first line), Włącz Ikony Wpisów FPW (the fourth line), then both buttons: Aktualizuj (update – the button on the left), zastosuj przyporządkowania (applicate – the button in the middle). And… nothing changed.
In the slider on the homepage featured imaged are presented, while in single posts they aren’t.

Should I understand that the new pluggin supports only categories, posts no more? Or maybe I do sth wrong?
