hey SensorArt,
thank you very much for your debugging
yeah yesterday me and Nick came to the same conclusion
actually there were other users complaining that the scripts were not enqueued correctly – I recently joined the others and spotted the fact the plugin was using ‘init’ as the scripts hook, which is normally not recommended – I think a solution could be to register the scripts on init end enqueue them on wp_enqueue_scripts hook – this might solve the issues from both groups of folks
will fix this in the next release which should be out between today and monday
thanks for your patience
Thought I’d add some feedback: I’d been watching this thread because I’d been having the same problem as the users above. Your 2.2.7 release fixed the problem for me. Thanks very much for the update. I hope everyone else gets the same resolution to their problem as I did with this new release.
It took care of it for me too. Thank you!

Just found another website where upgrading breaks the popup.
This one is running 2.2.8
I installed each new version one by one up to 2.3.2 and each one has the same result. The calendar itself looks fine but the popup list of events is not working.
try looking in the console for javascript errors (there is already one on the site you pointed, seems related to CORS though), that would lead to a better understanding if the problem arises from JavaScript
without information, it’s hard to debug otherwise
ps – the linked site is on WPEngine – they have a staging feature, you could run latest plugin in the staging and debug from there
