Longtime users of buddypress, we’re making a switch to Users Ultra Pro. We purchased the dev lic of Users Ultra Pro and need to know the upgrade procedures and shortcode changes. When we deleted users ultra, and replaced it with Pro, none of the pages were working, we just saw raw shortcode.

Would you please address this at our forums? You are asking for support for our pro version which we cannot offer support for on WordPress.org.
