Upgrading to premium broke rss feed, no support at all

Update: although I’ve yet to resolve the issue because I hadn’t had time, Rob’s customer service far exceeded my expectations so far. Will update if and when it is resolved.
I upgraded to the premium version of this to use some of the richer features. it broke my rss feed and the support has been non existent, despite repeated attempts to contact them. So much for the ‘award winning premium support.’
