• Update: although I’ve yet to resolve the issue because I hadn’t had time, Rob’s customer service far exceeded my expectations so far. Will update if and when it is resolved.

I upgraded to the premium version of this to use some of the richer features. it broke my rss feed and the support has been non existent, despite repeated attempts to contact them. So much for the ‘award winning premium support.’

  • Hi Savy4,

Thanks for your feedback, sadly I see you emailed us a day or two ago, and we got to it today but only after you left this 1 star review.

This plugin has over 20,000 active installs, and hundreds of Premium version users, it shouldn’t break the RSS feed… the XML validators are often complaining about lots of issues, but many things are not because of our plugin, and some are because of how we structure the image sizing, including CSS, etc. I’d love to work with you on fixing whatever issues you’re having.

    Thanks,
    Rob
