 * I’ve asked my webprovider (Allwebco) to upgrade my PHP to PHP5+ (with libXML
   support) so I can take advantage of some plugins that need this support.
 * Is there anything I should do prior to the upgrade?
 * I know I should backup my site and DB, but anything else?
 * Also, can somebody recommend the best plugin for backing up my DB?
 * Thanks
 * -Paul

   is reliable and has options to download to computer, to web server (I don’t like
   this option – too insecure) or email you a copy on a schedule
 * the transfer to php 5.x.x should be seamless
