Upgrading to additional licenses

    This is a pre-sales question: If I buy one licence and then need additional licenses, do I only pay the balance I would have paid originally it I had originally bought that many? ex: I buy one licence and then realize I will need three. ex: one licence is 99 euros and three is 198 euros. So would I pay another 99 for the extra licenses? Then in that example I buy the one and then wait 6 months to buy the additional licenses. What happens with the renewal time frame then?

    It’s not allowed to support paid plugins on WordPress.org.
    You should contact Polylang Pro support.

    And they say unless I have an account already, (not being a paid account), I need to ask my question here. *shrugs*

    And it also says:

    We can answer questions in English and in French. Our support hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 6PM CET (UTC+1 / UTC+2 in summer).

    Not trying to argue here. I feel caught in a catch-22 though
