# Upgrading PHP

 * Hi,
    I am running WordPress 3.0.1 on MySQL 5.1 and PHP 5.2.12 on Wndows Server
   2008. Now, I decided to migrate PHP to 5.3 but I fail, whatever I do. Basically,
   I can just install 5.3. in to the same directory, use the old php.ini but WordPress
   always tells me then that there is “500 Internal Server Error”. Where can I find
   more information on this or even better: How can I do this migration? Is there
   soemwhere a link which could help me? Thank you Roger
