Upgrading from 'Lite'

Hello,

Really love this theme so first of all – thanks!

I had already installed the theme through WordPress before I saw the version at: http://alxmedia.se/themes/hueman/

As it looks like I’m using the ‘lite’ version I wanted to know if there is an easy way to upgrade it to the version that include analytics and the social sharing buttons within posts?

I have already started adding posts to the blog so I’m hoping I won’t have to start again from scratch to upgrade? If I download the .zip theme files and try to install them through the WordPress admin then it fails.
