upgrading from 3.2.1 still ends up on 3.2.1

Hey,
First off, thanks for reading this post. I’ve read all the troubleshooting tips on this forum, and I also read the automatic / manual upgrade guides. I’m pretty stuck here.
The theme is now twenty ten, and there are no plugins activated.
When I automatic upgrade, it goes here:
http://busyness.com/wp-admin/about.php?updated
and says “Welcome to WordPress 3.2.1”This makes no sense because I just upgraded to 3.3.1. It says on the top that I need to upgrade still.
Same thing happens with manual upgrade as well. I also tried going to 3.3 instead…same thing. Any ideas?

I am positive. The files are all 3.3.1. Here’s an image of the dashboard:
you can see it looks like 3.3.1, but the update warning is still present.
