Upgrading from 3.0.2 to 4.1.5

Hi there, thanks for this great job.

When I upgrade (automaticaly or by copying the folder), the wordpress administration is totally blocked. All what I get is a blank page.
The only way to escape is to delete the plugin folder and reinstall the older version.
Any idea ?
