# Upgrading Fatal Error

 * I desperately need to upgrade my blog but I keep getting the following error
 * “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate
   3097329 bytes) in /home/bianc/public_html/Blog/wp-includes/http.php on line 1363”
 * Not sure what to do. I have plenty of space on my cPanel so I’m not sure what’s
   going on. Please help!
