Upgrading

I’m a little confused here.

Befor downloading version 2.0.3 there is a note that tells

” Upgrading is fairly simple, just overwrite your old files with the latest from the download.”(this is great if possible)

On the support page they say, to revome some files, like by earlyer upgrades.

So can I just overwrite or not?
