 * In the past I would install WP from control panel then upgrade it without a problem,
   I woud also change themese without a problem.
 * Now I changed domains and did the same, I am trying to upgrade it through the
   site and it gives me the following error
    Could not create directory.: /public_html
 * Installation Failed
 * (I also get this wen trying to install a new theme)
 * what coud be the problem??

 * It could be a server configuration issue. Try upgrading manually.
