looks like upgrade.php has been removed from the plugin (admin/upgrade.php) and “Create new URL friendly image slugs” still calls this missing file.

I didn’t notice any issue until now, but still settings.php line 200 needs to be fixed!

I’ve commented line 200 in settings.php as class ngg_rebuild_unique_slugs takes care of slug settings fine, no issues encountered.
