Upgraded version complication upgraded comuter system

I upgraded computers and attepted to go to latest WP version, all at about the same time. I’m thoroughly gone. Some unrelated web hostperson said the directories are gone….This means little to me.

For the kind person willing to look into a solution, I have all the keys, info, etc. ready to provide. Reluctant to throw the info out to the general forum.
