Cane you view your files on the server?
If so this might help Call to undefined function wp()

On my hosting server? Yes, I see all of the files including the one that is in this error message.

That link tells me to download 3.3, I can’t find 3.3 online 🙁

What version of WordPress did you have installed you only need this, that was just an article I found to see if it helped.

From your title above you need to get 3.4 and replace the files if they are 0 bytes.

Can you still log into the Dashboard? maybe disable the plugins you updated to see if the problem lies there.
