Upgraded to 2.3.1 – Lost tool bar for TinyMCE

    I have lost the tool bar in my TinyMCE editor, or whatever the editor is after I upgraded to 2.3.1. I also used to be able to resize the window in my editor, that function has gone away now. Thanks.

    I’ve tried this in Windows with IE 7, and FF 2 and also in Ubuntu with FF 2.

    Any ideas on how to fix this?
