Upgraded – title shows, but not content

I recently upgraded from 1.5 to 2.3.3. The site was moved to a server running MySQL 5+, so the old wouldn’t run.

I followed the upgrade instructions, including turning off the plugins. The upgrade seems to work, I can get into the admin & add new posts, but the front end only shows the title, not the post content. It’s in the database, though.

I tried a fresh install in a directory and pointed it at the upgraded database. That’s a little better – it shows the content on the index page, but not on the archive page.

I’m using the new default template.

Any help?
