Upgraded and Directory has some issues.

    I upgraded to the latest version on this site: https://independentcare.org/providers/

    I took a backup first and placed old files on a dev site: http://ind.websitehs.com/providers/ –So this one has the layout that is correct.

    You can see that on the dev site I can search by last name and there is a dropdown arrow below each profile to see the doctor’s location. On the updated, these two items are absent and do not look right. Can you please advise?

    *Also I should mention, that Search by Last Name is not available to add as an option under “Choose filter(s) meta to enable”
