upgrade woo commerce error version 3.1.0

    Wordpress version: 4.8
    Theme installed: Lotus Flower 1.77
    WooCommerce versione installed: 2.6.14

    Trying update WooCommerce to version 3.1.0 I receive an error in the backend area:
    Fatal error: Call to a member function add_filter() on a non-object in /var/www/vhosts/bottegadeltelaio.com/httpdocs/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 111

    I tried to do the WooCommerce update also installing the files of Lotus Theme Last Version but I have the same error with the WooCommerce plugin (Fatal error: Call to a member function add_filter() on a non-object in /var/www/vhosts/bottegadeltelaio.com/httpdocs/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 111).

    I also tried to activate another theme (twenty seventeen) and then to update WooCommerce but the error is still the same.

    How can I solve?

    What PHP version are you using?

    You need at least PHP 5.6.

    you can check it contacting your host or by generating system status

    I have update my PHP version to 7.0.21.
    But now I have error in front and backend area:
    woocommerce_get_template_part è deprecata dalla versione 3.0! Utilizzare al suo posto wc_get_template_part. in /var/www/vhosts/namedomain.com/httpdocs/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3831

    How can I solve?

    This sort of error is usually due to a theme that has not been updated to remain compatible with WooCommerce. Check that you have the latest version of your theme.
