Couldn’t quite work out what you mean by exerpt box. * What I did discover is that when I run cursor across the edit content box and drag down to the bottom ofwhere the content should be, the text appears in light blue and not black. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s). * – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems. * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F) by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Or is what we have tried, some of those fixes? * I tried to re-edit some text again tonight by scrolling the cursor over, it brings the light blue text up but doesn’t allow you to delete stuff – it’s really frustrating!!
