My site automatically updated to WordPress 4.5.3 and this seems to have ended the effectiveness of this plugin.

In fact, it made my site inaccessible, with this plugin being the problem.

My site only showed this error: “Fatal error: Access level to Plugify_GForm_Braintree::authorize() must be public (as in class GFPaymentAddOn) in /home/worawa/worldwideawakening.org/wp-content/plugins/gravity-forms-braintree/lib/class.plugify-gform-braintree.php on line 311”

I deleted the plugin and then reinstalled it from scratch and it just shut my site down again.

    🙁

It appears that I have successfully fixed my problem by finding the correct line in the above mentioned error and changing it from “protected” to “public.”

Basically I changed this: “protected function authorize” to “public function authorize”

    Now it is working again.

    🙂

That issue has nothing to do with WP 4.5.3 its the latest update of GF 2.0.1 that broke this. I have a ticket submitted to GF on this and will post this as a separate issue here, just wanted you to know that’s not the case. I am also going to check your fix and see if that works for the newest version of GF.

Yah, the error I fixed was in the plugin it appears.
