Upgrade to Not Working on Mobile (5 posts)

    I use responsive theme for compatibility with mobile devices.

    After upgrading Shareaholic to 7.3.4, I get a grey box that blocks the browser on Android phones for my site only.

    Currently I have disabled the plugin and mobile device browsers are working correctly.

    Also noticed that related content does not show on chrome, firefox, or ie.

    ie - does not show the share icons or related content. Only the error. To help protect your security Internet Explorer has blocked this website from displaying content with security certificate errors...

    will disable again

    Hi! I just took a look at your site and see Related Content loading in your blog. If you are still having trouble seeing it on your end, try clearing your browser's cache and reloading the page.

    There shouldn't be any issues in version up from, but if there are problems specific to the latest release, we'd love to find out more information so that we can investigate.

    If you could please update to our latest version and check for the problem on your Android again, that would be very helpful. Make sure you clear the cache/history in your browser, and if the issue is still present, I'd like you to check the following pages to see if the share buttons are displaying. This will let us know whether the problem is site-specific or a larger issue that needs to be addressed.

    This is the latest post on our blog. Scroll to the bottom of the post to check for the share buttons. Also, look for any grey box similar to what you are encountering when viewing your site. Please, check for the problem on this page as well.

    If the grey box is visible on either of these pages and you are able to provide a screenshot, that would be great. Seeing how things appear on your end will help us know what to look for on ours. Thanks for your assistance! :)

    Also, the security warning in Internet Explorer, clear your cache before checking again; then, could you grab a screenshot of this as well? Thank you!
