upgrade to 4.1.1, http error on uploads over 300k

    All was fine, then I upgraded to wordpress 4.1.1 and I get HTTP error when loading images that are larger than 300kb.

    I can load small images just fine but if the image is larger, it stops just before “crunching”.

    I have disabled all plugins and I am running the Twentyfourteen theme

    I checked the error log and it says
    mod_fcgid: HTTP request length 134208 (so far) exceeds MaxRequestLen (131072

    i dont know what to do at this point
