Upgrade to 3.2 with WordPress Beta Tester Plugin Fails

    I decided to install WordPress Beta Tester plugin on my local WordPress installation, but after automatically upgrading WordPress to the RC of 3.2, I lose access to admin. Tried renaming the plugin to no avail. Help?
