 * In a clear violation of wordpress’s T&C’s, this author decided in the last revision
   to remove all functionality in this free version to force users to upgrade to
   his “pro” version for the same functionality that was free. Further, he removed
   the last “working” version from his svn, but left on the earlier bug ridden versions.
   This author is clearly unethical.
