Upgrade removed Connections

    I updated Connections as prompted in the plugins area and it processed through to install the new one but when trying to remove the old one, it failed and said the install failed. Now I cannot access Connections in the WP Admin area (not listed) and it is not working on my site. I tried doing a new install and it would not complete.

    Please advise.

    Login via FTP to your site or use the file manage in your web-host control panel and delete this folder:

    ../wp-content/plugins/connections

    Now, WordPress should allow you to re-install Connections.
