    From the UM upgrade guide:

You might encounter an issue because of your current theme. We suggest you change your theme to the default WordPress theme, such as the Twentytwenty theme, before the upgrade process in Ultimate Member.

We also recommend deactivating all plugins except Ultimate Member to avoid conflict issues with the other plugins before upgrading.

Look at your Browser web Console if you have any JavaScript errors.
Mouse right button click, select Inspect then Console in the Menu.

Try to enable PHP error logging if the debug will give some more info about this issue.

    https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1751-enable-debug-logging

You will probably get a PHP log file with notices and errors in this file:
    .../wp-content/debug.log

Post the content of this file here in the Forum.
You can remove any text with your domain info.
For best formatting use the Forum’s CODE format.

Hey, it’s not about error, it’s about how much data I have and how much time it will take,

is there any other way of doing it. It’s not about any theme and plugin as it works fine, upgrade starts fine but since it’s 1100000+ Metarows it will need my system to be on for hours before it completes the upgrade and may be internet breaks or anything happens then it restarts.

That is main issue, as it upgrades in batches with 100 rows only.
