# upgrade problems

 * Hi folks,
    I have tried to upgrade from Wp 1.02 to wp 1.2 and I have run into
   a little complication when I point my browser to the upgrade page I get this 
   error: Warning: main(/home/mind/public_html/wp/wp-includes/functions-formatting.
   php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/mind/public_html/
   wp/wp-settings.php on line 40 Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required ‘/
   home/mind/public_html/wp/wp-includes/functions-formatting.php’ (include_path=’.:/
   usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/mind/public_html/wp/wp-settings.php
   on line 40 any clues? I have tried twice but I keep getting the same error.

 * a little update: I reuploaded the files 3 or 4 times and finally got to the update
   page. Went through the gigantic number of steps required 😉 and when I was done,
   it tried to reconnect me to the index.php and I get this error:
    Fatal error:
   Call to undefined function: convert_bbcode() in /home/mind/public_html/wp/wp-
   includes/template-functions.php on line 23 this is just weird…. you can check

 * still don’t know what was wrong but I just reuploaded and re-upgraded and all
   went well….. weird..really weird…

 * I had a similar thing happen. I just overwrote all the WP files again and it 
   was fine. *shrug*
