# Upgrade problem

 * Hello,
    I can’t upgrade the plugin. I have the following error message “Une erreur
   est survenue lors de la mise à jour de UpdraftPlus – Sauvegarde/Restauration :
   Aucune archive de mise à jour disponible.” I have tried several times and I have
   deactivated and reactivated the plugin but it’s don’t work. How could I fix it?
   Thanks in advance for your help
 * My config : WordPress 5.8.2 – Woocommerce 5.9 (Flatsome theme) – UpdraftPlus 
   2.16.61.25.

 * Hello There,
 * I’ve been trying to update the plugin to version 1.16.64 and I keep getting the
   same message: “Update failed: No connection or server is busy. Please try again
   later.”
 * I get this message only when I try to update this plugin.
 * Can anyone help me with that? I do not have the knowledge to update via FTP and
   I am not sure if it is safe to do that. And also the site server says the problem
   is not with them.

 * Please delete the plugin first and then re-install. You will not lose your backups
   or settings in the process.

 * Hi Bryle,
    Thanks for your answer. I have deleted the plugin and re-install it.
   The release number is not starting by 2 now but by 1 but it seems to work well
   again. Best regards
