# Upgrade Problem

 * im getting this after upgrading. I have reset with no luck and reinstalled. I))
   have used this plugin for years and hope to get it running asap. (I removed our
   IPs from the text below)

 * Thanks for your feedback – I will take a look to see if I can understand what’s
   causing the problem. In the meantime, you may want to remove the above text from
   this thread. I’ll let you know when I have an answer though.

 * I have the same problem, I have also tried to uninstall and install again the
   plugin with no luck. Do you have any solution to the problem? Thanks in advance.

 * I suspect that cURL is not enabled on your server. One option is get cURL enabled(
   if you’re on shared hosting, you may have to request it or switch it on in a 
   control panel). I will also work on an alternative solution to provide an alternate
   solution via this plugin.

 * I just checked. extension=php_curl.dll is not commented out.

 * I’ve improved the error handling if the shared hosting / web server is blocking
   access to external websites / API’s. New version of plugin uploaded (2.1.5).

 * Thanks for the update. Now I get
    “Unable to reach the Dropbox service. Is your
   server/web host possibly blocking access?”
 * Could you help point me in the right direct to any changes in the plugin that
   would start causing the block. I have used this plugin for a while with no problem
   until the more recent versions that work with the new Dropbox security requirements.
