I had WP 3.1.4 and PHP 5.2.17 running fine.
The upcoming WP 3.2 requires PHP 5.2.4 so I asked my web host to upgrade PHP.
Now I can't get to my WP Admin page.
I'm using Safari so I tried FireFox and can't even log in there.
    Something's wrong with WP.
Frankly, there should be more graceful backward compatibility.

5.2.17(what you were running) is newer than 5.2.4(what's required)

What's the actual symptoms you're having? What happens when you attempt to login to the admin? Do you get the login screen? Is the front of the site working? Etc.

    When I go to:

    http://flashweb.com/wp-admin/

    I get the message:

"Not Found Apologies, but the page you requested could not be found. Perhaps searching will help."

What about when you access this url?: http://flashweb.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fflashweb.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

From here, Everything looks fine, Accessing the link you gave me redirects me to the login form, which would be expected..

My web host had upgraded to PHP 5.2.9 it turns out that is unstable and they recompiled Apache back to PHP 5.2.17 and now it works fine.

While it was not working the login also was failing.

    Now all is swell.
