Upgrade notice is being injected into other admin screens

Hello,

We’ve recently found a conflict with your plugin and the Envato Elements plugin where it is injecting the Pro upgrade notice into the Elements admin screen which prevents it from loading. Metform is used in several Elementor template kit products so this will affect a lot of users and may prevent the plugin from being used in the future.

Could you please ensure your notice is only displayed on your own admin area as outlined here in #11?
