    Hi Linda,

When you visited the page, were you the listing owner? Or the admin? Or someone else?

The upgrade button only appears when you’re the listing owner (for sure), and as admin (I think).

I tried it logged in as both the owner of the listing and as the admin.

The way the site is set up – logs in – a page screen appears with text at the top and their listing below. On this page – the only buttons that appear are: View – Edit – Delete

If they click on View – the edit screen appears and there is an “Upgrade Button” that does work fine.

But if you click on “Edit” – you go thru the editing process and are never presented with the option to Upgrade.

The client wants to stress the upgrade option and therefore want it to appear on the first screen the lister sees -ideally they would like me to be able to include on an informational page but they would be satisfied if it appeared on the first page that the lister sees above.

    Ah–I see.

Yes, what you describe above is exactly the process right now. The Upgrade button does only appear on the View page (detail view).

We are changing BD to include the upgrade as part of the initial ad placement flow, making it more prominent and therefore more likely to be used. We hope to have that available sometime before early March.

Great – my clients want to really focus on that aspect. Will look forward to the update.

A shortcode to include the “Upgrade” button would be optimal!
