    Is this about the free version or the Pro version? If it’s the Pro version, please contact me via email instead: whiteshadow@w-shadow.com. It is against forum rules to use it to provide support for paid plugins.

    If this is happening with the free version, try deactivating the plugin before upgrading it. Normally this is not necessary, but it could help if some bug in the plugin is interfering with the upgrade process.
