 * I have been trying to resolve my issue upgrading and installing themes, plugins
ect. The error message I get is,
 * > **Unable to locate WordPress Content directory (wp-content).**
 * Now I have WordPress 2.8.2. I am installed in the base directory of my host.
I am told that WordPress Assumes that your directory struction is /wordpress/
wp-content/plugins/, however mine is not. My directory structure is /wp-content/
plugins/. My question is this. Where do I change this directory assumption?
 * If that isn’t the issue, then please someone direct me in the right direction
   to resolve my issue!

 * no wordpress assumes relative paths from the url’s in your Settings – so if set
up in root, wordpress would assume thattry chmod 777 on /wp-content and folders
   under it
do an upgrade or install a plugin if that works, change chmod back
   to 755 and test
